We were out in the country this weekend to visit our friend the farmer. He is concerned that the wild animals will be fine even in winter. Here we are heading into the woods to lay out food for deer, moose and wild boar. When we got up to feeding place, two deer stood and ate the corn. Naturally the farmer shoots an animal sometimes, as last Wednesday when he shot a wild boar of 150 kg (330.664 pounds). We´ll bring some meat home at Thuesday when the meat is tenderized. I can testify that it tastes good, my favorite is stew with root vegetables.
